RETURN POLICY: We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all of our products. We will accept returns on any qualifying item* that was received damaged or otherwise acceptable, provided that you contact us by phone or email within seven (7) days of receiving it to be issued a Return Authorization Number. Your assigned RA number must be visible on the outside packaging of all returns or exchanges, or we will not accept them. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless damage occurred in transit. Exchanges will bear a new shipping charge. Returns made after seven (7) days will be issued in the form of store credit only.
