We will be closed June 15- July 5, 2024: Our store will be online, but all orders will be on hold until we reopen on July 5, 2024. We will not be answering emails or phone calls during this time.
If you have the immediate need for any products, such as special occasion items for weddings or baptisms, we strongly encourage you to place your order asap so that you can get them in time.
Please see the following cut-off dates to make sure your order enters production before the temporary closing:
- Custom Embroidered Items: June 1
- Custom Printed Items: June 14
- Custom Engraved Items: June 10
- Cross and Jewelry Orders: June 12
- Made-on-Demand Icons (40+ formats): June 14
Can I still place an order online? Absolutely! We'll start filling orders as soon as we re-open on July 5. All orders will be filled in the order received.
When will my order ship? In-stock products should ship in 1-2 business days from July 5. Customized and personalized products will begin their turnaround times on July 5. See your specific product description to find out how long it takes to be customized and/or any shipping lead-times.
Remember, most icons are made on demand and will ship upon completion. If you need an item by a certain date, please specify that at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate that request.
Can I rush my order? Rush ordering is still available, but, again, your order won't be processed until July 5.
Will Customer Support or Live Chat be available? No. During the period of June 15 July 5 all of our offices will be closed.
Should I wait to place my order or order while you are closed? While we won't be around to answer specific product questions, we do encourage you to complete your order as usual, so that we can fill your order promptly upon our re-opening. Famous for our fast-shipping, we will do everything we can to get your order out as soon as possible.
