International Shipping Policy & Rates

*** July 1, 2021:  New EU VAT laws require us to collect your VAT payment and submit those fees for you.  This applies to all EU destination orders valued under EUR150.

At this time, our software does not allow us to do this automatically, so we will notify you of any payment due after you check out.

 

*Many products, including our Made-On-Demand Icons, cannot be shipped to international destinations directly from our Icon Studio.  These items are created and then shipped to our main San Diego office and then to their final address.  This adds about 3-5 days to the production time.

 

By placing an internet or phone order with a delivery address in any country outside of the United States, you are agreeing to the terms of our International Shipping Policy, as outlined on this page.

We strongly recommend FedEx for international shipments, but do offer US Postal Services.  Orders shipped to post office boxes or APOs can only be shipped via USPS, uninsured.  International shipping fees cannot always be determined at check-out. Should your postage be higher than the price you paid at check-out, we will contact you with your shipping options. We will never charge your credit card without authorization. Any customs charges, taxes, duties or other charges levied by your local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note: Our icon mounting studio does not ship internationally, so if you order an icon product, it will have to ship to our main warehouse first, then to you.  While this does not cost you extra, it does add about three business days to the production time. 

 

FEDEX INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS OPTIONS (preferred method):

At check-out you will be able to select from the FedEx service options that are available to your delivery address.  Detailed tracking is provided for all FedEx services from our warehouse to your door.

FedEx automatically insures each package up to $100.00.  You can additional coverage to your order by adding this item to your cart or at checkout:   Additional Insurance Coverage

It is FedEx's policy that they may leave the package in a secure spot at your delivery location, provided that no one is available when the package is delivered.  You can request the FedEx Signature Request option (where the package must be signed for), for an additional $4.00 surcharge.  You can order by clicking the following link or at checkout:  FedEx Signature Request Option

 

USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL OPTIONS:

If you select the USPS Priority Mail Option, be aware that your order will ship uninsured and we will accept no liability for lost or damaged articles. Although the USPS does provide tracking numbers on all packages, they are often not trackable outside of the US.

 

If you select the Global Express Guaranteed Mail Option (GXG), know that GXG provides date-certain delivery, in 1-3 business days, to more than 180 countries and provides a money-back guarantee to all destinations. Transportation and delivery for GXG is provided by FedEx Express® with end-to-end tracking and visibility available through USPS.com. Global Express Guaranteed features include: a money-back guarantee to all destinations, advanced tracking with full shipment visibility via the USPS Track & Confirm tool and $100 of insurance coverage (additional insurance up to $2,499 available- but must be added to your cart at checkout).  As with all USPS shipments, you are directly responsible for filing any relevant loss/damage claims with the USPS at www.usps.com.

NEW!  We now offer USPS First Class International Mail option for a flat rate of $55.  This method does not come with a delivery time guarantee and is limited to orders under 4 pounds.
