We ship most in-stock orders within 48 business hours from our Western Pennsylvania warehouse. Custom product orders may take longer. Baptismal Wear items ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse in Utah and ship via UPS services. Regardless of the shipping method you select, you will receive a confirmation/tracking email when your order is shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:
Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or Home
Delivery. FedEx automatically insures each package up to $100.00. If you wish to purchase additional insurance coverage or if you wish to purchase the FedEx Signature Request option (where the package must be signed for), an additional $4.00 surcharge will apply. You can request this in the comment section at check-out and will be billed separately for it. Otherwise, it is FedEx's policy that they may leave the package in a secure spot at your delivery location, provided that no one is available when the package is delivered. All FedEx shipments are insured up to $100.00 automatically. If you would like to purchase additional coverage, please contact us for a quote before you check out. Orders shipped to post office boxes or APOs can only be
shipped via USPS.
IF YOU SELECT USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS): Please be aware that your order will ship uninsured and we will accept no liability for lost or damaged articles. FedEx automatically includes $100 of insurance against such losses, which is why they are our preferred shipper.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: It is our policy to ship all international orders with an insured carrier. We recommend FedEx, but can use the US Postal Service, if you insist. International shipping fees cannot always be determined at check-out. Should your postage be higher than the price you paid at check-out, we will contact you with your shipping options. We will never charge your credit card without authorization. Any customs charges, taxes, duties or other charges levied by your local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
ATTN CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: We can only ship goods under $20.00 CAN using the FedEx International Ground method. Otherwise FedEx may assess you a brokerage fee for clearing your package through Customs and invoice you directly. Packages valued under $20.00 CAN are not assessed this fee or subject to these terms. Orders shipped via FedEx International Express or Priority include the brokerage fee in the price quote.

RETURN POLICY: We
guarantee 100% satisfaction on all of our products. We will accept
returns on any item that was received damaged or otherwise acceptable,
provided that you contact us within seven (7) days of receiving it to
be issued a Return Authorization Number. Your assigned RA number must be visible on the outside packaging of
all returns or exchanges, or we will not accept them. Shipping charges
are not refundable, unless damage occurred in transit. Exchanges will
bear a new shipping charge.
